Meet Chaste’y R. Gibson

The Vocal Encourager® | Transformational Coach & Faith-Based Strategist
Hello, I’m Chaste’y R. Gibson (pronounced Cha-Stay), also known as The Vocal Encourager. Growing up in a single-parent home in South Carolina, I experienced poverty and the loss of both parents at an early age. Through faith, perseverance, and God’s grace, I learned that what I had been through did not determine what I could become.
That journey inspired my book, The Yellow Rose Experience: From Seed to Purpose, and a belief I carry into everything I do: there is still more of you left to bloom.
As an entrepreneur, corporate leader, educator, ministry leader, author, and coach, I’ve spent more than two decades helping others discover their potential. I know what it’s like to carry a vision while balancing life, family, career, and ministry—and how fear or uncertainty can keep you waiting to begin.
Today, I help busy Christian women move from dreaming to doing. Through transformational coaching, faith-based strategies, and practical accountability, I help women overcome obstacles and take intentional steps toward their God-given assignments—whether they’re building a business, launching a nonprofit, writing a book, or stepping into leadership.
Your vision matters. Your voice matters. And what God has placed inside you deserves more than another season of waiting.
I’m here to help you Build What God Designed™—with faith, strategy, confidence, and intentional action.
